Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If, however, there is an issue upon delivery, we will replace your purchase at no additional cost to you. Please notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product, as this policy expires 15 days post shipment delivery.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at kelly@folkishskincare.com. If the same item is unavailable, we will replace it with another item, (your choice), of equal value.
